  1. Aloha e Elder Rindlisbacher, Konnichiwa des ka!! haha
Happy New Year and hope the Christmas spirit of your testimony was renewed as it was for me. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love to serve the Lord and especially to bring to pass eternal life for an individual(s). Love reading and enjoy your testimony not only for me, but, your example for many of us....YOU are a born MISSIONARY, signed, sealed and delivered for Ianpana to hear your voice, i love your awesome example....!! We finally got together last night as a family for our christmas dinner and gathered our children trying to get a ballance of spirituality and games, and in the department of games, Jeopardy, we grouped in twos, using a wireless eggspert, where it's colored coded so everyone has a button to hit when you 'think' you have the right answer... it got a little technical as we kept our scores...bottom line we played another game. Guess you can say we have a competitive family .... Ui and Noa were partners, KS groupies, haha....Noa is a 7th grader here at middle school. Poor Noa, Ui thought she had it bad at times with her mother here with her, Noa has a gma....but, glad he loves her...didn't sit well with him as a 6th grader though, what can i say. Well, I just wanted to tell you Elder that when our son served in Japan he had an amazing mission for both spiritual and personal...He learned so much of both, who he was and how he was able to serve, from under the same roof that he resided & out in the land. He said that he was rarely fed, and for this boy, it was all about eating, so, i guess you can say, he became very close to Heavenly Father's hands at times with fasting and fatih, growing in prayers. He learned to share his food with his companion many of times. It was an amazing leap of faith. I want to tell you Elder how proud we are of you, and your decision to serve us all, thank you very much. In closing I'd like to share a scripture with you, He that wil not harden his heart, to him is given the greater portion of the word, until it is given unto him to know the mysteries of God until he know them in full. ~Alma 12:10 I hope the reading of the scriptures will become far more enjoyable than a duty to God; that, rather, it will become a love affair with the word of God. I promise as you read, your minds will be enlightened and your spirits will be lifted. Gordon B. Hinckley. I look forward to the many days in your travels on the roads amongst the people of japan awaiting your arrival. I love you Elder Rindlisbacher, Aunty Oma
